the location was quite good. i found some excellent restaurants and shops nearby. the staff were consistently helpful. they even made valentine's day special with roses (the gesture was nice). the wifi worked well too.
the room door was heavy. i had some difficulty opening it myself. the toilet was separate from the sink and shower. this required a trip around the bed to wash my hands. online check-in did not function.

i appreciate the hotel's interior design, especially the nice patio inside. the staff at the front desk helped and accommodated us beyond expectations. the location is very good with easy access to various shops.
the assigned room was by THE lobby on the ground floor. every noise from the lobby, bar, and restaurant was very audible. there was constant traffic from the lobby to the garden.

The hotel was a dream. antoine upgraded us to a room with a courtyard view. he even serenaded my fiancé. the wurlitzer played charles aznavour. It felt so authentic.
The room door was rather heavy. I needed help opening it.

my husband and i found this place really good. the location was amazing, really handy to the metro, cafés and vintage shops. the hotel lobby, bar and garden had a very parisian ambiance.. everything was beautifully appointed. the cute atmosphere created by every staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful.
Our room was small. Opening the suitcase on the floor proved difficult. the fridge in the room wasn't working, a situation i reported on the first night. i was promised a fix for the next day, but it never happened after a long day of sightseeing.

the hotel features a good breakfast, including a fresh assortment of breads. as our children are gluten free, the staff were pretty good too ensure they were catered for. i found this quite thoughtful.

our room was small to the point we couldn't even open the suitcase completely on the floor. the fridge wasn't working, this was reported the first night. despite promises, it wasn't fixed .

The size of the room was a real issue. It was tiny, and opening my suitcase on the floor wasn't even possible. the refrigerator in the room was not working. I reported it on the first night, and staff promised it would be fixed the next day. upon returning from sightseeing, it still didn't work, and nobody had looked at it. The front desk staff forgot. It was disappointing, especially for the price I paid.
